Cookie Policy
As Strade (“we”), we explain on this page how cookies and similar technologies are used on our website strade.com.tr (“Site”) and how visit data is processed. For general information regarding the processing of personal data, please see our Privacy Policy.
1. What is a Cookie?
Cookies are small text files saved to your device via your browser. A website can use cookies for purposes such as session management, saving preferences, or usage analysis. Some cookies are mandatory (necessary for the site to function), while others are optional.
2. Cookies Used on Our Site
Advertising or third-party analytics cookies are not used during the general visitor use of the Site (homepage, product pages, contact form, etc.). The cookie types summarized in the table below apply:
| Cookie / Technology | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Session cookie (PHPSESSID or similar) | Used only for admin panel login. Since normal visitors do not access this panel, this cookie is not set for them. | Until the end of the session (deleted when the browser is closed) |
In other words, when you use the Site as a normal visitor, we do not place any cookies for you.
3. Cookie-Free Tracking
To understand how the Site is used, the following data may be processed directly on the server side without using cookies:
- Visited page name and full URL
- Visit date and time
- IP address
- Browser type (user agent) and referral address (where you came from)
Clicking on certain buttons (e.g., “Get a Quote”) can also be recorded on the server along with which page, which button was clicked, date/time, and IP information. These operations are performed without leaving a cookie in the browser, only with requests sent to the server when the page is opened or at the moment of clicking. The purpose and retention periods of this data are explained in our Privacy Policy.
4. Third-Party Cookies
As of now, cookies belonging to advertising networks, social media plugins, or third-party analytics providers are not used on our Site. If such services are added in the future, this page will be updated, and preference options will be provided as much as possible.
5. Your Cookie Preferences
You can block or delete cookies from your browser settings. If you disable cookies:
- You can continue to use the general content of the Site (product pages, contact form, etc.); because a cookie is not mandatory for these pages.
- Since admin panel login requires a cookie (session), if you completely disable cookies, admin login cannot be performed (this only concerns panel users).
Cookie settings are generally made from the "Settings" or "Privacy / Security" section of your browser. You can learn the current steps from the help pages of the browser you are using.
